MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
A match was fired on Monday night between the St. Clair and North End platoons of the ' National Reserve. The teams mot on the St. Clair range, and the conditions were seven ahote and a eighter. Sit. Clair won by 64 points. Mr Baker (St. Clair) was top scorer, getting 68 out of a possible 70. Scores:—' St. Clair.—Baker .66, Farrant 65, Wood 64, M'Naught 62, Wilkio 60, Speight 60, Meek 60, Brugh 60, Lanham 59, Forcyth 56; total, 614. North End.—Bruce 64, Gilkinson 60, Simms 58, Clark 57.
