OFFICIAL ASSESSMENTS. (PISB UJHTBD PRK3H Absociatiow.) WELLINGTON, November 13. Tho estates of 283 deceased persons were assessed for stamp duty during the month of October, tho largest being that of John Rutherford Blair, of Wellington, £56,077.
