The Germans were dislodged with enormous losses from positions on the southern side of Lake Drisviaty. 'MARTIAL LAW AT MOSCOW. DUE TO ANTtGEEMAN RIOTS. LONDON, October 19. - (Received Oct. 20, at 0.55 a.m.) Mr Stephen Graham attributes the proclamation of martial law at Moscow to anti-German riots in which £3,600,000 damage was done to foreign property in Moscow districts. M. Khvosteff, the new Minister of the Interior, is trying to root up the subterranean German influence, and the strictest censorship on internal news in Russia prevails.
