RECRUITING CAMPAIGN. • ECONOMY AND EFFICIENCY. SYDNEY, October 6. It has been definitely decided to open a second recruiting campaign on Monday, to occupy six weeks. Another campaign is being inaugurated to inculcate economy and efficiency, ai\d to suggest how those unable to enlist can best serve their country. • FUTURE OF WOUNDED SOLDIERS. SYDNEY, October 6. In the New South Wales Legislative Assembly the Government promised to consider a i suggestion to give wounded soldiers an opportunity of entering the Agricultural College. The administration of the patriotic funds was discussed,'and the establishment of a bureau, was Suggested, where, applications would receive prompt attention.
