Owing to wet weather, or to lack of interest, only 1148 out of 2750 electors in Roslyn Ward. turned out yesterday to tho various booths to express an opinion as to the relative merits of tho two candidates offering themsleves for election to represent the ward in the 'Dunedin City Council.
