Money orders for places beyond the'dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. the previous day. The late fee is Id in addition to ordinary postage. - The late-fee box on Second Nortn Express is available for letters only. Registered mails close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails. -.
