LONDON, August 14 (Received Aug. 15, at 3.35 p.m.)
A labourer at Middlesbrough was fined £2 for treating a man to a pint of beer. This was the first prosecution at Teeside under the liquor control order.
NOBEL'S DYNAMITE TRUST.
ALL BRITISH COMPANY FORMED
LONDON, August 14. (Received Aug. 16, at 0.5 a.m.) Nobel's Dynamite Trust's assets consist of British and German assets. , Among the former are shares of Nobel's at Glasgow, and the old British company of Nobel's Explosive Company of Glasgow acquires all tne British assets and becomes a separate all-British company.
