AMSTERDAM, August 13. The Germans luive established three asphyxiating bomb factories in Belgium. The German authorities advise all GerVnan civilians in Belgium to repatriate themselves, with a view to escaping suffering during the winter.

FRANCE'S TRIBUTE TO HEROES.
PARIS, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 3.5 p.m.) The Chamber of Deputies has passed a Bill to secure ground for cemeteries for the Allies.
M. Millerand, in introducing the Bill, said that in offering last resting-places for these heroes France was paying a striking tribute to the bravery of the Britons and Belgians.
SUPPOSED PRINCE KILLED. ROTTERDAM, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 4 p.m.) During recent fighting an officer, believed to ba a prince, was killed. Thebody was- taken in a motor car to Ghent, and was followed by officers of high rank.
COAL FOR FRANCE,
BRITISH ASSURANCES,
PARIS, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 4 p.m.) A semi-official Note, allaying anxietyover the British prohibition of the export of coal, explains that a French official has been appointed to the British Exports Committee, and Britain has given assurances that the French needs will not suffer in the slightest.
GERMAN ATTACKS REPULSED. PARIS, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 4 p.m.) Official : The enemy attacked along the whole front of the Marie Therese sector, but was everywhere repulsed with appreciable losses.
FRENCH MINING SUCCEEDS. PARIS, August 15. (Received Aug. 16, at 0.5 a.m.) Official : In Artois we destroyed by mining some of the enemy's advanced works. An ammunition depot blew up in the enemy's lines.
