THIRTY-EIGHT CASUALTIES. - Press Association—By TelegTaph— Copyright. LONDON, August 14. (Received Aug. 15, at 3.50 p.m.) The second portion of the Irish, mail train from Euston was -wrecked between Blisworth and Weedon. The -connecting rod of an engine on •an adjoining set of rails broke, and the Irish mail train's engine fouled the broken rod. Five carriages were derailed and overturned. Eight persons were killed and 50 injured.

AMONGST THE CASUALTIES. LONDON, August 14. (Received Aug. 16, at 0.5 a.m.) Mr Arthur Lynch, H.P., and Lord Mounteagle were injured in the railway smash. Four of the sorters in the mailvan were killed.
