MAN FINED £10. (Per United Press Association.) MASTERTON, August 13. At tho Police Court to-day Carl Nicholas Eckhardt wae finod £10 for attempting to trado with the enemy by sending a subscription to a German newsnaper. Accused said he was naturalised in Australia, but had lost his papers.
