BRAIK.—On August 5, died of wounds at Royal Herbert Hospital, Woolwich, John Brail; (Canadian Expeditionary Force; late Lieutenant 4th Gordon Highlanders; late Instructor, Military Signalling, Royal Garrison Artillery; late 2nd Scottish Horse), brother to late A. M. Braik, of Dunodin, and late. G. D. Braik, of Wangamii. —Inserted by P. Braik, Cunninghams, Feilding. FINDLAY.—On August. 10, in the North of France. Lieutenant lan Calcutt Findlay (Yorkshire and Lancashire Regiment), youngest son of Sir John Findlay; aged 18 years. MOIR.—On July 30, «.t New Zealand Stationary Hospital, Port Said, of enteric," Trooper Alexander M Candlish Moir, youngest son of the late Peter Moir, of Forth street, Dunedin.
