DDffIDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Business opened fairly quietly on the Dunedin (Sj»ck Exchange yesterday, and prices genea-ally showed little alteration from those prevailing at the end of last week. Waihis were, if anything, a trifle easier, and quotations ranged in the vicinity of £2 Ss 9d. (buyer) and £2 4s 3d (seller). Investment lines continued to. maintain recent prices, and a moderate amount of busi- , ness seems to be passing in this section of the market. Westport Coals wore firm, and ; a sale was reported in this lino at £1 13s 3d, while a parcel of Westport-Stock-tona was transferred on 'Change at 5s Id.
