EARL CADOGAN. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 7. ' The death is announced of the fifth Earl Cadogan, aged 75 years. The late Earl was Under-secretary of State for the Colonies in 1878-80, Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland 1895-1902, and the first Mayor of Chelsea, 1900.
