Daring the evening a most enjoyable musical and elocutionary programme was contributed by members and friends of the order. Bro. N. liauchop, who supplied most of the accompa.ninients, opened the proceedings with a pianoforte solo. Songs by Mifa J. Clarkson, Sis. I. Ruekie, and Mr T. liauchop were received with enthusiasm. On tho motion of Provincial Secretary Bro. Johnson, a very hearty vote of thanke was accorded to the. performers, to the speakers, and to the ladies who provided the simper. Alter supper and social intercourse had been enjoyed, the District Chief Rider (Bro. Taylor) presented to the Sobriety Tent, North-East alley, the progress banner for the year.
