CITY SUFFERS SEVERELY. AN EFFECTIVE REPLY. LONDON, February 20. (Received Feb. 21, at 4.5 p.m.) It is reported that the heaviest bombardment of Belgrade is taking place since the Austrians commenced bombarding that town. Houses have been destroyed and many people have been killed. The Servians have replied, bombarding Semlin. They have also forced a monitor to retire.
