Owing to the snow in the Carpathians the advance of the Russians is rendered most difficult. BOMBS DROPPED ON LIBAU. THE ZEPPELIN BROUGHT DOWN. PETROGRAD, January 26. Official : A Zeppelin on Monday morning dropped nine bombs on the undefended port of Libau. It was fired at from the forts and fell into the water. The crew were made prisoners.
