FULLERS' PICTURES. The current programme at the King's Theatre is attracting excellent patronage. The fine star production, " The Fringe on the Glove," which reveals an appealing human theme, wherein sentiment and romance feature, has won many admirers amongst picture-goers. The war pictures and supporting films help to complete an entertaining budget. HAYWARD'S PICTURES. An excellent entertainment is provided by the picture programme now showing at the Octagon Theatre, andi a large audience thoroughly enjoyed last night's show. "A Million Bid" is the stax item, and is well supported by a number of other items of general interest. The series should attract good houses during the remainder of tho week. PRINCESS THEATRE. For a family of voeaJists and musicians to continually tour England, India, and Straits Settlements, etc., paying many return visits to each, is proof of exceptional talent, versatility, and personality, and to these attributes as entertairiei's tho Cor rick family can justly lay claim to a. fair record. At all times conscious of the rapid advance in all stages of society, especially in entertainments, the Corricks submit programmes replete with musical and vocal items of a high-class and novel character, and their appearance at the Princess Theatre on Monday will be awaited- with pleasurable anticipation. The box plan is at the Bristol Piano Company's premises. QUEEN'S THEATRE. The Keystone comedy, '' Caught in a Cabaret," again drew large crowds at tho sessions at the Queen's Theatre yesterday. The Keystone productions are full of that kind of humour which cannot fail to produce laughter, and they have won a welldeserved popularity. Charles Chaplin and Mabel Normand, two of tho foremost comic picture artists, are to 1* seen at their beet. "Caught in a Cabaret," together with a good supporting series, will be shown again to-day. PLAZA PICTURES. An impressive photo-play by the Selig Company, entitled " The Family Record," forms tiic chief rttraetion at the Plaza Picture Theatre. The film unfolds a pathetic story concerning a shipwrecked sailor. The A.B. Company is represented by another grand drama, "The Hpirit of Jealousy," and the comedies ;#e wholesome and amusing. Some new " Bully Boy " cartoons aro included in tho current series, which will bo screened to-day for tho last time. KING EDWARD THEATRE. The current scries of pictures at the King Edward Theatre is of high quality, and was witnessed by delighted audiences yesterday. "A Million Bid," the pr.ncipal source of interest, is a tale of the ambition that ia supposed to possess the minds of somo mothers with marriageable daughters. Tho supporting subject;; are all of a high standard, and are meeting with a keen degreo of appreciation. CARNATION AND SWEET PEA SHOW. The entries for the Dunedin Horticultural Society's Show to-day have been very satisfactory. The Garrison Hall should present a gay appearance with a fine array of carnations, sweet peas, pot plants, and summer flowers. Outside exhibitors from Oamaru, Lawrence, and Kaitangatu will be competing, aiul with the exhibits from local horticulturists a successful and very extensive exhibition of midsummer (lowers is assured. All sections are well represented, and in addition to sweet peas and carnations thero are good entries in the rose and tho decorative classes. The novelties in carnations and sweet peas alone should prove an atraction to all flow-ir-lovors. As usual, an orchestra will provide selections of attractive music during tho evening.
