For Fiji, Samoa, Honolulu, Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom', and Continent of Europe (via Vancouver' due London February 25), by North Express, 10 a.m. Late-fee letters C.P.O. 10.30 a.m., guard's van 11.14 a.m. For New South Wales and Queensland (per Maheno), via Auckland, at 10 a.m. Late letters C.P.O. 10.30 a.m., guard's van 11.14 a.m. For Australian States (excepting New South Wales and Queensland), per Paloona, via Wellington, at 10 a.m. Late-fee letters C.P.O. 10.30 a.m., guard's van 11.14 a.m. For Newcastle, per Waihora. will close at Lyttelton on Friday, 22nd, at 2 p.m. Mails for the Australian States close at Wellington, per Manuka, on Friday, 22nd, at 3.30 p.m. Money orders tor places within the dominion close one hour before advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orden lor places beyond tho dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close it 4 p.m. the previous day. The late is Id in addition to ordinary portage. The late-fee box on Second -\orth Express is available for letters only. Registered mails close ono hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails.
