After un informal discussion it was decided to form an association, with the object of securing some uniform system o) handicapping. Mr Thomson (Blenheim) was appointed president, and Mr Callander (Hawke's Bay) seo.retaiv. Subcommittees were appointed to draw up rules and regulations in regard to handicaps, which it is not intended shall be hard and fast, but rather elastic, and also to provide for uniform entry forms and other details.
