A return of 560z 3dwt for a week's work is reported from the El(*ctrio No. 1 dredge. The dredgemaster states that tho drift is very heavy. The following cablegram has been sent to the head office of tho Waihi Grand Junction Gold Company, London: —"No. 7 level: Struck Royal lode; 90in, worth 60s; face still in ore." W AIHI-PAERO A GOLD EXTRACTION COMPANY. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 27. For the four-weekly period ended November 21 the Waihi-Paeroa Gold Extraction Company treated 12,100 tons of tailings for a return of £4250. The returns of the company now total £114,961 6s 5d from treatment of 366..3C0 tons of tailings.
