Some sohools have still to respond and will doubtless do so, seeing the cables report that starvation is ripe among tho children of Belgium.

BOX FUND. The following additional subscription to the above fund has been received: —Pupils of Hooper's Inlet School, 7s 3d.
A subscription of 10s from the Dunrobia Sohool for the above fund was inadvertently credited to the Duntroon Sohool.
The Public Appeal Committee of the Patriotic and General Welfare Association is conducting an art union, with an unlimited number of members at sixpence each, for the disposal of an autotype from an original drawing of the Town Hall, Brussels, by John Coney, a famous etcher and engraver who lived a century ago. The autotype is at present on view in Stark and Co.'s window, but it will be transferred to the refreshment marquee •at the Show grounds on Thursday, when the members of the Lady Liverpool Committee, havß undertaken the sale of tickets. There aro no working expenses in connection with the art union, of which the entire proceeds will be devoted, to the Belgian Relief Fund.
"Patriotic Sympathiser" has posted to us a small sivpply of tobacco for the Expeditionary Force. We have forwarded it to the right quarter.
