William Killen, a pastoralist, is applying to the Arbitration Court to cancel the registration of the Australian Workers' Union. His allegations include the following : —That the union ordered and assisted strikes for the purpose of enforcing its demands; that the rules contain matters contrary to law and public policy, imposing conditions for the continuance of membership which are tyrannic and oppreesive; and that there have been breaches of the award governing the pastoral industry.
