. Drunkennese. —A male first offender, who did not appear, was fined 10a, in default 24 hours' imprisonment, for drunkennc6S.
Remanded. —Georgo Owen Jackeon, a young man, wae charged on two different informations with, having been guilty of indecent exposure on the Town Belt at Mornington. The information wee amended .so that the accused wae charged with having committed a grossly indecent act in a public place.—Mr Lemon appeared on'behalf of the accused, and asked for a remand until Monday, November 9, which wae granted, bail being allowed the accused m £30, or two sureties of £15.— Senior Sergeant Dart said that the accused had ; borne a good character, and he did not think that thero would be any recurrence of the offences if he were let out on bail.
