For Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, South Africa, Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom, per Moeraki, from Wellington, by North Express, 10 a.m. Late-feo letters 10.30 a.m. guard's van 11.15 a.m. Mails for Australian States and South Africa, per Ulimaroa, will close at Wellington on 6th inst., at 3.30 p.m. The s.s. Hinemoa will leave the Bluff for the West Coast sounds on or about the 12th proximo. Money orders tor places within the dominion close one hour before advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for places beyond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Express closo at 4, p.m. the provious day. The late fee is Id m addition to ordinary postage. The late-fee box on Second ~<orth Express' is available for letters only. Registered mails close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails. Boob packets commercial papers, and newspapers close half an hour before the advertised timo of letter mails. The rate of postage on correspondence addressed to Samoan territory, recently in the possession of Germany, is now the same ae for inland postal matter, except in tho case of letters, the rate for which in the meantime will bo one penny per ounce.
