A Press Association message from Hamilton announces the death in. the Waikato Hospital of Mr Walter Symes, ex-member for Bgmont. Mr Symes had been in the hospital for six weeks suitering from an internal trouble. • He was preparing 'to leave the institution 10 dayß ago. but had u relapse. He was 63 years of age. The late Sov. Thos. Father Kehoe, of Tuakau, was a native at Wexford, Ireland. Ho was educated at St. Peter's College, in hit native country; and was ordained a priest in 1871. He arrived in New Zealand four years later, and was stationed at Cromwell, Riverton, Te Aroha, and Tauranga, before croinir to Tuakau.
