Wednesday, October 7.

(Before Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M.)

Drunkenness.—John Keogh, who did not appear, was fined 10s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment,, for drunkenness in Maclaggan street on October 6. Robert Walter Giil was similarly dealt with for a like offence in llattray street on the same day.

Unregistered Dogs.—Marion Kathleen Keilar, James Schofield, Herbert Edward Bennett, John Murdoch, Bernard Osborn Stanley, John Wood, sen., were each fined Ss, with costs (7s), for foiling to register their dogs. For a similar offence William Bowden was ordered' to pay costs amounting to 7s, and (Seorge Wills, David Thomson, and Angus M'Donald were each fined 10s, with costs (7s). Daniel John Wheeler and James Glossop were fined 15s with costs (7s). for a like offence.
