(Received May 10, at 5.5 p.m.) Suffragettes from every quarter of the United States have demonstrated. Every American State was represented, and a chorus of 1000 "women Tobed in white sang " The march of the women," composed by Dr Ethel Smyth, of England. A great meeting held in the theatre demanded the passage of» the women's suffrage measure now before Congress. A feature of the procession was a number of mounted women carrying the colours of the society. There was a large contingent of women representing the prosuffrage States.
