PEKING, April 17.

Fifteen thousand picked troops from various points are concentrating on the White Wolves.

The latter have captured and looted Kien-chow. They killed and wounded many of the inhabitants, and have displayed appalling cruelty in several towns.

On the 14th they captured and looted San Yuan Hsien, in Shen-si province. Troops pursued and severely defeated them on the 15th, killing and wounding 2000..
