Reginald Armstrong (llawcra), claim £2 12s 6d, for goods delivered (costs 10s); same v. Hannah C. Taylor (Palrnorston North), claim 12s. for .goods delivered (costs. ss); Green Island Coal Company v. II y. Parker, claim £2 13s 4d, for coal sureplied (costs, 10s); P. Hayman and Co. v. Geo. M'Kenzie (Invcrcargill), claim £3 9s, for goods delivered (costs, 10s); Geo. L. Denniston v. John G. Blackio (LawronceJ, claim £3 18s. for goods -delivered (costs ss). Judgment Summons. —Tn the case of Mills, Dick, and Co. (Mr Y. Z. Moore) v. Win. R. Anderson, the defendant did not appear, and was ordered to pay £5, the amount of juelgment remaining due, forthwith, with 5s (costs), in default six days' imprisonment.
