WASHINGTON, February 17. After various appeals the Immigration Department has agreed to allow Mr Dillon, Miss Marie Lloyd's fiance, to enter the United States if they immediately marry. The announcement of a Chicago .narriage was premature, the marriage not bting in accordance with the official standard insisted on by the Immigration Department.
