(Received Jan. 2, at 11.5 p.m.) Reports from Presidio (Texas) state thai the Northern Division of the Federal army is shut in at Ojinaga, and is apparently about to fieo across the American border.

Hundreds of wounded people are walking along tho banks of the river, but the American troops are heading them off and preventing them from crossing. Fighting around Ojinaga is proceeding, and the rebels are gaining ground.
