For United Kingdom and Continent of Europe (due in London February 5), United States of America, Canada, West Indies, Central America, and West Coast of South America (via San Francisco), also Rarotonga, Tahiti, Penrhyn, Marquesas, and Mangaia Islands, via Wellington, per North Express, 10 a.m. Money orders issued till noon on the 3rd, and registered articles accepted till 9.a.m. on the sth inst. Late letters may bo posted at C.P.O. till 10.30 a-m. on 3rd, and on guard's van till 11.15 a.m. Correspondence for tho Continent of Europe to bo specially addressed "Via San Francisco." F. S.
