A number of tlio butchers and those frequenting the Burenidc Saloynrds took the opportunity yesterday to 6how their appreciation of the obliging nature aiul goneral good conduct of the bov in charge of the telephone at the yards (Muster Leslie Steel). Mr Wm, Hoare, on behalf of the donors, handed to Master Steel a Christmas box in tho form of a well-filled purse of sovereigns.
