BENMORE STATION, December 22. Tho rainfall registered here for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. on the 19th was 131 points. There is a cold rain, with snoiv on the hills. .The rainfall for tho month to date is 273 point*.
HILLGHOVE, December 22. For tho month to date 3.13 in rainfall has been recorded, which, with 5.12 in for the previous month, has brought the land into a wetter state than has been known for 20 years.
