The American (Mr Hearst's yellow journal) publishes photographs showing how Mexicans drive children into the sea and shoot them, allowing the tide to carry off their bodies. The American quotes from Russell Milward, an English traveller, in support of its statement that unbelievable barbarities exist in Mexico.
