DUNEDIX STOCK EXCHANGE. All classes of stocks me: with an easy market yesterday, and,, with the exception of oJie lino, 110 business was 'recorded or reported. Inure were easier sellers ot Rise and Slnnec ut £1 Ilk, and of Island Blocks at 2s 3d,' with buyers o( the latter up to In 9d. Jiising' Suns were placed on the market at £1 2a 6d, but there were no buyere above 18s. .Ross Goldlields eased to 12s Id (buyers) and 1& 3d (sellers), but no bueinees wa6 transacted. Buyers oi Waillis declined to £2 lis, with sellers at £2 12;. Salds of Waihi Grand Junctions were effected at £1 4s 6d and £1 4s sd, and business was reported at £1 5s and £1 4s 3d (two ptrcels). further lots were in demand at. £1 4s 3d, with sellers at £1 4a 7d. Sellers of Talisman Oonsolidatetls were quoted at £2 2s 6d ex dividend. There was a buyer at the morning sitting at £2 Os 6d, but none cartie forward later in the day. • Inquiries for Bank of New Zealands were slightly easier at £10 16s, with sellers at £10 lVs. The trouble which has arisen with (he waterside workers in Australia ha« had a weakening effect on Union Steams. The ordinary issue was offered at £1 4s 6d, but buyers did not- rise above £1 3a 6d. The preferential issue was placed on the market at 19s 6d, but attracted no attention from buyers. Sales:—Waihi Grand Junction, £1 4s 6d, £1 4s sd.
