LONDON, December 3. The strike at Llanelly is spreading, and police reinforcemnts have arrived.
Two thousand five hundred miners declined to proceed to the Pcnygraig colliery in trains worked by non-strikers, and the dock and railway men at Swansea have struck, throwing the shipping idle.
