LONDON, December 2. The Privy Council reserved judgment in the Colonial Sugar Company's case, wherein the company is seeking an injunction to prevent the Sugar Commission requiring directors to make answers to specific questions.
Though judgment is reserved, the Judge's comments indicate that the Commissions Act will be declared invalid.
