OFFENDERS FINED. PRECAUTIONS AGAINST RECURRENCE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, December 2. Three of the men undergoing military training at tho Liverpool defence camp who were concerned in Saturday's incident have been heavily fined for riotous behaviour. Drastic measures have been taken to prevent a recurrence of trouble. A strong force of armed guards is patrolling the streets, and the police force has been largely increased. The whole camp has been removed farther from the town.
