BAD BREAKING OUT ON NECK.

TV.—"For several months I had a very bad breaking out of sores which formed large scabs on my neck. /Tho sores and scabs wero very painful, also Itching; 1n fact tho itching was so great that I could hardly keep my hand away from tho scabs.
