LONDON, November 2. (Received Nov. 3, at 0.40 a.m.)

Karl Hentschel, a British subject and a teacher of languages, who was remanded a week ago on a charge of inciting Parrott to betray naval secrets, came before the court again yesterday.

The magistrate announced that Hentschel had made a highly important statement, and it was desirable that he should be remanded for a week so that inquiries might be made.
