TRAFFIC IN BABIES

As the result of inquiries by detectives the existence of a, traffic in babies hue been proved. The inquiries were instituted because of admissions- by several witnesses in the recent maternity bonus cases. The extent of the traffic has, not yet been ascertained, but the evidence showed that in seven cases no trace of either children or mothers could be found,
