BARON INCHIKO'S SENTENCE CONFIRMED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ' SEOUL, October 10. The cases of Baron Inchiko and five others have been finally settled by the confirmation of the original heavy sentences of imprisonment. Inchiko, who is an ex-President of the Privy Council and president of the Young Men's Christian Association, was sentenced some time ago to 10 ..years for conspiring against Count Terauchi, but the sentence was subsequently reduced to six years.
