(Received Sept. 1, at 10.25 p.m.) The last barrier at the Pacific end of tho Panama Canal has been blown away. Five hundred and forty-one-shots were fired, and the water flowed quickly. Dredges are working clearing the channel. Dredges will start clearing the last of the Atlantic end on the 2nd inst. /'
