DEPLORABLE REVELATIONS. MURDERS IN VICTORIA. Prew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, August 31. (Received Aug. 31, at 5.5 p.m.) The detectives state that many infante are murdered in and around Melbourne every year, and not in one case out of ICO is the culprit discovered, no clue ever being left. The last occasion when a woman was arrested after strangling and abandoning her child was in 1898. The fact that the child had been vaccinated enabled the detectives to trace the mother.
