Tho New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative At'sociation profits for last year wero jj56,321, excluding £3956 brought .forward. The directors decided to pay a dividend of B.J per'cent, on ordinary 6hares 6 per cent, on preference, 5 per cent, on shareholders purchases, to carry £10,000 to reserve, and to write 10 per cent, off tho plant.
