Thursday, August. 28. (Before Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) Drunkenness— One first offender, who did not appear, was fined 10s, the amcmnti of his bail, in default 24 hours' imprisonment; and a second was remanded for a week for mcdieal treatment. —Thomas Muster wae fined 5s for drunkenness, in default 24 houra' imprisonment.
