— An innovation in golf caddies has been introduced at Cincinatii through tho efforts of the superintendent of the City Departmet of Charities and Corrections. The plan is to have men physically handicapped work on the golf links. These Include onearmed men, cardiac cases, anaaemics, and convalescents.
