LONDON, July 21. (Received July 22, at 0.40 a.m.) The Imperial Union of Teachers has been, inaugurated. Messrs Goldie (Sydney), Irwin and Blanch (Melbourne), Gladman (Westralia), and Smith (New Zealand) participated.
Mr Goldie advocated an interchange of teachers.
