DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. The Exchange was quiet on Saturday, and the only business officially recorded was tho transfer of a parcel of Mosgiel Woollens at £-3 12s. More were on offer at this figure, but buyers would not advance boyond £3 10s 6d. The splendid return secured by the Electric No. 1 dredge had its immocliate effect, and buyers were offering 4s for the shares without drawing a seller. Wailiis appeared to bo if anything a shade weaker, the best buyers at mid-day offering £2 4s 3d, with sellers at £2 ss. Waihi Grand Junctions were on offer at £1 Is 3d. In investment stocks Union Steams were a trifle firmer, sellers asking £2 3s 6d and buyers olForing £2 3s. Wcstport Coals were inquired for at £1 7s Bd, and were offered at £1 7s lid without business resulting. Sale reported:—Mofgiel Woollen, £3 12s.
